A bit about us

Mike Otter is a business development specialist. He brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Mike has worked in a number of sectors within the field. These include roofing, commercial pool building, and mechanical products. He has also formed strong, enduring relationships with developers and contractors. As well, with the Architectural and Design communities.

Operating out of Toronto, Canada and shipping products globally.

Interior Surface Solutions (ISS) represents a culmination of Mike’s expertise. Combining flooring, walls, and ceilings. They provide A and D the opportunity to specify products listed with Interior Surface Solutions.

Located in Toronto, Spanlite Canada specialises in the design, production & installation of LED backlighting and illuminated glass & stone surface panels.

Spanlite Canada serves both the residential and commercial sector. They work with designers and contractors across a host of applications including feature wall panels, POS, signage, advertising & artistic displays and LED ceiling solutions.

Luxury Vinyl Plank Resilient Flooring

ISS has represented 4 Corners Luxury Vinyl Plank Resilient Flooring for the past seven years. Made in South Korea,
it is a leading choice for residential and commercial installations. This type of flooring contains no impurities or phthalates. As well, it features a layered construction and is water-resistant. There are three series: French Antique, Bel Air and Metro. 

Laqfoil

Laqfoil makes and installs stretch fabric ceilings and wall features. A stretch ceiling is a suspended ceiling system.
It consists of two basic components. These are a perimeter track and a lightweight fabric membrane. This fabric stretches and clips into the track. This system is also used for wall coverings, light diffusers, floating panels, exhibitions and creative shapes. Stretch ceilings can combine a range of light fixtures, grilles and fixing points. This is done through the use of proprietary background support.

Most types of apertures can be included. Our fabric material is a 0.2mm thick PVC-based,
fully recyclable, stretch membrane. It comes in a big range of colours and finishes. These include Matte, Satin, High Gloss Lacquer, Perforated and Translucent.
